  We are really disappointed in the service from this company 'Orbit Print', to the extent that I wonder if they are actually 'scammers'. We ordered a large canvas online, sending the artwork to them and paying an extra £10.00 for the next day delivery service. The canvas did not arrive, we tried to chase it up, but the phone was not answered, no voice mail it just kept ringing and ringing! Finally, four days late it arrived, but was the wrong colour. We run a business and the colours are most important to match all the other marketing we have produced (by other companies). We emailed and phoned and was told the 'Director' would take a look, after chasing this through we were told they would NOT reprint the canvas to the correct colour despite sending them two proofs by email. They also ignored our request to honour paying back the £10.00 we had spent on delivery. After several emails suddenly pay pal informed us that £4.00 would be paid back to us? I would strongly recommend not using them at all. The service is bad and the product not as expected!
